The trip usually lasts 4 days, with the airfare and accommodation paid for by the Organizations. Green Card and Visa Screening are provided by Nursing organisations.
Once you have successfully completed the NCLEX exam and have a US-RN license, the Nursing Company will initiate the sponsorship of your US Permanent Residency Visa (Green Card) to include Visa Screen certification. Placement at a US Healthcare Facility. Many factors are considered when arranging your placement. Requirements.

A Registered Nurse
Currently working in an acute hospital environment
3 year RN training program (minimum)
1 year post graduate experience (minimum)
Both theory and clinical rotations during your Nursing training in
Surgical - Paediatrics – Psychiatry – Medical - Obstetrics
